Thank you for choosing to support the OSE Youths Progressive Movement (OYPM). By making a donation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

By making a donation to OYPM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. OYPM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the donation page following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We accept donations through various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment systems. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

Donations are processed in the currency selected on the donation page. If your donation is in a currency other than your default, your bank or payment processor may apply conversion fees.

After completing a donation, you will receive an email confirmation with a receipt. Please retain this receipt for your records.

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe an error has been made, please contact us at [reversal@oypm.org.ng] within 30 days of the donation. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you wish to cancel a recurring donation, you may do so by contacting us at [recurring@oypm.org.ng]. We will process the cancellation in accordance with our procedures and confirm the termination of future payments.

Donations are used to support OYPM’s programs and initiatives as outlined on our website. While we strive to use donations for the intended purposes, we reserve the right to reallocate funds as necessary to meet our operational needs.

OYPM is a registered non-profit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible in accordance with local tax laws. Please consult your tax advisor for information on the deductibility of your donation.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

By making a donation, you agree to allow OYPM to acknowledge your contribution publicly, including on our website and in promotional materials, unless you request anonymity.

If you prefer to remain anonymous, please indicate this preference when making your donation. We will respect your request to keep your identity confidential.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OYPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your donation. Our liability is limited to the amount of your donation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Federal Republic of Nigeria.
